Mise à jour du Playstation Store américain (01/10/2009)

Pour fêter la sortie mondiale de la PSP Go, le Playstation Store américain se voit doté de 100 nouveaux jeux PSP. Nous, européens, sommes donc battus avec notre trentaine de nouveaux jeux. SCEA a donc fait encore plus fort que SCEE (comme c'est souvent le cas), mais vous pouvez tout de même profiter de tout ce nouveau contenu si vous possédez un compte Playstation Network américain. C'est également l'arrivée des Minis sur le PSS, comme vous avez pu le lire dans l'article Les Minis arrivent en force sur les Playstation Network, avec 7 jeux déjà disponibles au téléchargement.

Note : Vu le nombre de nouveautés, il n'a pas été possible de prendre une capture de chaque produit, la mise à jour de la semaine est donc présentée sous forme de liste, sobre et efficace.

Comment récupérer les démos et les jeux disponibles sur le Playstation Store ?

Depuis la PSP : vous devez soit avoir le dernier Firmware officiel en date, soit être en Custom Firmware et avoir installé au minimum le 5.50GEN-A ou le 5.50GEN-B.

Le minimum requis pour accéder au PlayStation Store :

Depuis le PC :

• Être sous Windows et avoir installé Media Go
• Avoir un câble Mini USB pour relier la PSP et le PC
• Avoir la PSP avec le dernier Firmware Officiel installé ou le Custom Firmware  5.50GEN-B.
• Si vous avez des problèmes pour télécharger les fichiers et que vous êtes en Custom Firmware, vous devez éditer le fichier "version.txt" de votre Flash et le règler à 6.10. Pour ce faire :
  • Lancez le recovery menu en allumant votre console et en maintenant appuyé
  • Connectez votre PSP à votre PC, et rendez vous sur l'option "advanced" du recovery menu.
  • Choissisez l'option "toggle USB (flash0)"
  • Sur votre PC, se rendre dans le dossier vsh-->etc. Vous y trouverez le fichier "version.txt", ouvrez-le
  • Sur la première ligne, changez la mention 5.50 en 6.10
  • Sauvegardez votre fichier
  • Quittez le recovery menu et relancez votre console

Directement depuis la PSP :

• Avec un Firmware Officiel :
  
  • Avoir installé le Firmware 6.10 (voir ICI)
  • Il faut aussi un accès Wifi valide pour accéder à Internet
  • Avoir un compte PlayStation Network américain valide
• Avec un Custom Firmware :
  
  • Avoir installé le Firmware le  5.50GEN-B.
